At Capavi, coliving is much more than just sharing an apartment. It’s a living concept where you share common areas—such as the kitchen, living room, or bathrooms—with other residents in the home, while keeping your own private space and enjoying a comfortable, well-organized living experience.

You pay a fixed monthly fee that includes all services and utilities, so you don’t have to worry about anything beyond enjoying your stay.

We want you to focus on living and enjoying the experience—we take care of the rest.
In addition, our contracts are flexible, far more agile and convenient than traditional rentals. Ideal for young professionals, students, or people relocating to a new city.

How does the regular cleaning work?

🧹 Weekly cleaning for a perfect shared living experience

At Capavi, we clean the common areas once a week. Our team takes care of shared spaces such as the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and hallways.

To ensure good coexistence, we recommend keeping these areas tidy between cleanings. This way, everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment every day of the week. Sharing a home is much easier when everyone does their part.

How will my flatmates be?

At Capavi, we select roommates of similar ages, interests, and lifestyles so they are aligned with you.

Capavi spaces are home to national and international students, digital nomads, and young professionals aged between 18 and 32, creating a vibrant, welcoming environment where everyone can feel at home.

Is Capavi LGTBI Friendly?

Yes—Capavi promotes an inclusive, respectful, and open environment for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Our spaces are LGBTQ+ friendly, built on diversity and respect, ensuring that all residents feel safe, comfortable, and welcome in their home.

Can couples stay in Capavi Spaces?

Couples are not allowed in Capavi spaces—even if each person has their own room—to preserve balance and comfort for all residents.

Rooms are for single occupancy only, and hosting couples in a single room is not permitted.

This rule helps maintain a respectful and comfortable living environment for everyone.

Are pets allowed?

Although we love animals, pets are not allowed in our spaces for hygiene reasons and to ensure a calm environment for all residents.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Capavi spaces.

What´s the minimum stay?

The minimum stay with Capavi depends on the accommodation type:

Coliving (shared apartment): minimum stay of 6 months, as this duration helps foster a real sense of community and shared experiences.

Flex Living (private studio) or Corporate Living (private apartment): minimum stay of 3 months, with flexible contracts of 3, 6, or 9 months.

All our contracts are flexible, with agile and simple documentation to access the rental.

The maximum stay allowed per contract is 9 months, although extensions can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What´s the maximum stay?

The maximum rental period we allow per contract is 12 months, although if needed we can assess your situation to extend your stay.

Our rental agreements are flexible and streamlined across all our options.

How can I book a space?

Once you find the room or space you like, simply contact us. We’ll provide all the information you need, advise you based on your profile, and arrange a visit so you can see the property in person.

Can I visit the space before doing the booking?

Yes—before booking, we’ll be happy to show you the space. Just contact us and we’ll arrange a visit based on availability.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required to secure your booking. The deposit is refundable at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or issues.

How are the regular payments arranged?

After signing your contract, you can pay the initial reservation fee by credit or debit card. Monthly rent will then be automatically charged on the 1st of each month.

If you have a Spanish bank account, you’ll simply sign a SEPA direct debit mandate for automatic monthly payments.

If you don’t have a Spanish bank account, rent can be paid via bank transfer between the 1st and the 5th of each month.

Are there any extra costs or additional fees?

All prices shown are finaleverything is included. No hidden fees or surprise charges. What you see is what you pay.

Can I change rooms or spaces?

If your needs change, our commercial team will review your request and inform you of the available options. Please note that changes may involve additional management or cleaning fees.

Can people visit?

You’re welcome to receive daytime visitors, as long as coexistence is respected and noise levels remain reasonable. Please inform your roommates and ensure everyone is comfortable—good coexistence is key.

Can I extend my rental agreement once maturity is reached?

Yes! Our contracts are flexible, and you can extend your stay if needed. Just let us know at least 30 days in advance.
