Our Story
Want to know how it all started?
Capavi Living was born in London, when two of its founders, Juan and Carlos, met while working in the real estate sector. Their entrepreneurial drive, determination, and passion pushed them to create a company that would deliver unique value, and that’s when the idea began to take shape. When the third partner, Pablo, returned from the United States and visited them in the city, bringing his vision and expertise, there was no turning back.
The three friends decided to combine their experience in Fintech, Private Banking, and Strategic Consulting to create a client-centric real estate company.
From our offices in Madrid and London, we provide real estate advisory services to a diverse and global community, as our properties are located in the heart of cosmopolitan urban centers such as London, Madrid, Valencia, and Alicante.

Over 10 years of experience in Real Estate consulting in the UK and Madrid. Former Managing Director for Iberia at Madrid Consulting Estate, a subsidiary of Valore Capital Partners Ltd. Track record of transactions exceeding €300 million.
Pablo Vidal
CFO and Risk Director
Former Banco Santander (Capital Markets). Over 10 years of experience in investment banking and alternative fund management, with most of his career focused on company analysis and valuation. Most recently served as a board member at the investment boutique Audentia Capital.
André Domínguez
Partner
Former Barceló Hotel Group. Over 10 years of professional experience in B2C and B2B business development. Commercial Operations Director at Grupo Planeta and Director at the French technology consulting firm Scalian.
Carlos Carrasco
Partner
More than 10 years of experience in business development, starting his career in London in Real Estate within Living asset management and later moving into Fintech. Member of the Spanish commercial executive committee at Ebury, a Fintech company backed by Banco Santander.

More than 20 years of experience as an Investment and Asset Management Director, founder and partner of Valore Group, managing over £750 million in assets under management.
The British firm has expanded internationally into markets such as the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Spain.
Jesús Manzanares
Head of Architecture
Former Nozar executive. More than 39 years of experience as CEO of Jesús Manzanares Arquitectos SLP, a professional architectural studio based in Madrid, Alicante, the Balearic Islands, and Abu Dhabi. Over 5,000 residential units developed throughout his career, as well as more than 20 hotels, among other projects.
